My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, right in the heart of the old town of Trier, very close to the town center, and yet tucked away on a quiet street. The rooms, although on the 3rd floor without an elevator, were efficiently arranged and incredibly clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was top-notch; the staff were not only friendly but went out of their way to assist with luggage and provide thoughtful help. The dining experience was superb, with a good variety of options and always being replenished. A great value for the price paid.
